Elvariny™ and elvariny.com are owned and operated by Foshan Tahang Technology Co., Ltd.. By shopping with us or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, subject to applicable law.

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or shop with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

Product Information

Elvariny™ offers decorative tabletop art pieces. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, and prices. Product details vary by item and should be checked on its product page.

Minor differences in color, finish, or dimensions may arise from lighting, display settings, or normal manufacturing tolerances. This does not affect your rights if a product is materially misdescribed or faulty.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are generally shown in USD unless indicated otherwise. Checkout displays shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, and the final payable amount. Payment is processed by Shopify and enabled payment providers.

We may correct clear pricing or listing errors. If an order cannot be accepted because of an error, we will contact you and provide an appropriate cancellation and refund where required.

Order Placement and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected goods. We may verify payment and fulfillment information before confirming or dispatching an order. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, fraud prevention, or an obvious pricing error, subject to applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Contact service@elvariny.com promptly if you need to correct an order or request cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or dispatch begins.

Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 7 business days after confirmation. Standard U.S. carrier transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days following dispatch, subject to the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees.

We will communicate material dispatch delays and available remedies where required.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval, with possible additional processing time by financial institutions.

Responsible Use of Products

Decorative tabletop art pieces are intended for display in appropriate indoor settings as described on their product pages. Follow item-specific warnings, placement, cleaning, and handling instructions. Keep fragile items out of unstable or hazardous locations.

Customer Accounts and Information

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout and contact details and safeguarding any customer account credentials. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Intellectual Property

Store names, photographs, text, page designs, and other site content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

Shopify, payment providers, and logistics partners may provide services associated with your order. Their own lawful terms and policies may apply to their services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes, Applicable Law, and Disputes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Terms applicable to an order will be determined by the agreement and law in force when that order is placed, unless changes are required by law.

Disputes are handled under applicable law and any mandatory consumer-protection rules. These Terms do not impose a made-up U.S. state jurisdiction unrelated to the registered business.
